The ‘You Plus Two’ ceremony is Mondays and Thursdays, not bank holidays, for the couple and two witnesses.
The contacts page lists Chelmsford Library, Market Road, CM1 1GE. A 2024 council PDF said the offices had moved temporarily to County Hall during refurbishment. Confirm the door when you book.
